Verdict: Missing context.
CDC did drop those vaccines from the all-children schedule in January 2026. On 16 March 2026 a federal judge stayed that January memo and every vote of Kennedy's ACIP, including December's hepatitis B vote. The stay is still in force: the government's appeal, argued on 6 Oct, covers only the 13 advisory-panel appointments, not that stay. CDC's schedule page says it is following the order and lists hep B at birth, RSV antibody for infants, and meningococcal shots at 11–12 and 16.
