On 9 Oct 2026 Treasury's OFAC issued General License 135, which authorizes transactions only for Russian-origin diesel fuel (sale, delivery, offloading and import) through 7 April 2027. It is a temporary license for one fuel, not a lift of sanctions on Russia.
