Trackers count about 22 to 24 people shot by federal immigration agents since January 2025, not 43. CBS: 9 killed, 13 injured. The Trace: 9 killed, 15 injured. Both count Border Patrol too, not only ICE. No agent has been charged over these deaths so far, so "murdering" is not a finding any court has made.
